Brian Gaudiano, Founder & CEO
Brian Gaudiano is a proud husband and father. God and Family are first and foremost in his life. When Brian founded Site Biotics, he was motivated to build on the core values he holds close in his life. Honesty, integrity, building others up, and always doing the right thing. At Site bIoTics, we value all of our clients and colleagues. Relationships indeed are everything to us. Our integrity is at stake in every project we do. We always consider the future. We treat our clients as friends because we value them and their trust in providing the best service.
Ricky Wilson, VP of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Ricky Wilson is responsible for the day-to-day operations. He brings more than 15 years of diverse experience to site bIoTics. His expertise and leadership have been focused on providing technology-driven business services and solutions, building quality relationships, and providing outstanding customer service.
Ricky has a strong passion for helping people and solving problems. That, mixed with his varied background in construction, technology, and manufacturing, has provided him with the perfect foundation to oversee and grow site bIoTics. In addition to his experience, Ricky holds a business administration degree from Penn State.
Outside of work, Ricky enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
